About the project
The firdge door has a flap that's rotating. When the doors are close, the flap is extended, to close the gap between the 2 doors. But when the door is open, the flap retracts, to be out of the way, and not to catch the other closed door when we close the door with the flap. Anyways, there was a spring in the flap and it broke. The thing is impossible to open without breaking it, and a new flap costs 200$. Maybe I'm cheap, but 200$ a spring didn't seem justified. I designed something with magnets instead, and although I had to use a glue gun hot tip to slightly bend the PLA, it functions really well.
